These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements from Handelscentrum Egberink B.V., located at Darwin 16, 7609 RL Almelo. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries of services or goods by Handelscentrum Egberink B.V., unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All quotations and offers from Handelscentrum Egberink B.V. are non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise. A quotation or offer expires if the product related to the quotation or offer is no longer available.
All prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Handelscentrum Egberink B.V. reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect already concluded agreements, unless legally required otherwise.
Payment must be made within the period stated on the invoice. If payment is not made on time, the customer is in default without further notice and Handelscentrum Egberink B.V. is entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.
Delivery will take place within the agreed delivery period, unless force majeure occurs. Delivery times are approximate, and exceeding them does not entitle the customer to compensation or dissolution of the agreement, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Handelscentrum Egberink B.V. is not liable for damages resulting from the use of delivered products or services, unless there is intent or gross negligence. In the event of liability, it is limited to the amount paid out by the insurer.
Handelscentrum Egberink B.V. is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure. Force majeure refers to any external cause that could not reasonably have been foreseen and prevents Handelscentrum Egberink B.V. from fulfilling its obligations to the customer.
All intellectual property rights related to the products or services provided by Handelscentrum Egberink B.V. remain the property of Handelscentrum Egberink B.V., unless otherwise agreed. The customer is not permitted to use these rights without written permission from Handelscentrum Egberink B.V.
All agreements between Handelscentrum Egberink B.V. and the customer are subject to Dutch law. Disputes arising from these agreements will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
